Terms And Conditions Not everyone's experience will be the same in this store. We are in a very up and down industry. Please be aware that you will not get rich from sales. I am just a small store and only been open a short time. Expectations should be set as much. Retail Seasons are very up and down Jan-April are generally the slowest part of the year. I will not hold shelves for anyone unless this application is filled out. This is a collaboration store, while I will do my part in advertising it only works if we all work togeather.

  1. Your Shelf Rental will come out of your Months sales (IE You have a 75.00 Shelf You make 100 I will E-transfer you 20.00 on the 10th 75.00 – (100 x 5% = 5) – 80.00. If you only sold 50.00 then you would owe me 27.50 (50.00 x 5% = 2.50) 75.00 + 2.50 – 50 = 27.50)
  2. We reserve the right to photograph the displays for Local, Online and Social Media advertising.
  3. If you have tax numbers, please provide them so that we may pass the tax collected on to you.
  4. Payments will be made on the 10th of every month via E-Transfer, debit, credit or cash. A sales record will be provided for you as well.
  5. If you have an outstanding balance at the end of the month the balance will be due on the 1st of the following month.
  6. We have our own retail system. You will need to provide a list of your items and prices so that we may enter it into our POS System.
  7. We will be asking for pictures of your items before being approved.
  8. We are not responsible for damage or theft of the items on the shelf. We will be monitoring the store and have a monitored alarm system in place. Exceptions being Store Damage IE Fire etc then our insurance will cover that.
  9. Your shelf is for your rental only. Under no circumstances are you allowed to sublet your shelf to another vendor without prior written agreement from us.
  10. 30 days notice will be required if you plan on moving your items out.This Notice Must be given in an email and be clear as to your intentions.
  11. We are Not Liable for Injury directly related to your products. Our liability covers in store only.
  12. There is an additional 5% commission that will be taken off all sales of the store
  13. As a vendor you will be expected to help advertise on your Social Media if you have it that you are in the store. Help spread the word!
